A.You may browse our inventory and place your order online at your convenience. Same-day orders are available; however, a $75 rush fee will apply, regardless of order size. If you prefer personal assistance, please contact us directly at 301.888.5353.
Q.How far in advance should I book my rentals, and is there a deposit fee?
A.We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date, since all rentals are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your items, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Rentals cannot be held without this deposit.
Q.Do you deliver, and is there a fee?
A.Yes, we offer delivery throughout the DMV. The delivery fee depends on your event address and includes both drop-off and pick-up, regardless of the size of your order.
Q.Can I view items before renting?
A.Yes, you may view items prior to placing your order; however, appointments are required. Please do not show up without an appointment — we currently operate from our home, and we need to ensure someone is available to assist you. We do not have a showroom.
Q.What if an item gets damaged during my event?
A.Clients are responsible for any damages or loss that occur during the rental period. Please refer to your rental contract for full details.
Q.Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
A.Yes, we offer setup and breakdown services for an additional fee. The price depends on the size of your setup. To discuss or add these services, please call 301.888.5353 and we will assist you and answer any questions.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.Our standard rental period is 12 hours. If you need a longer rental time, please call 301.888.5353 to arrange alternate hours.
Q.Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A.Yes, we strive to be flexible. However, last-minute changes may be subject to availability and possible fees. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
